I was so impressed with the customer service. I needed lumbar spine support for my car seat, and James went above and beyond ... coming out to my car multiple times to measure and adjust a piece of foam until it was exactly right for me. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. The whole crew were cheerful and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
