Very poor performance from Mariana Ypma. She didn’t bother to enter important evidence which should have seen one of my charges dismissed. Three other lawyers have told me they would have had the charge thrown out. She didn’t listen, didnt understand and consequently did a very poor job of advocating for me. You would be better off with the duty lawyer or representing yourself. Charged top dollar for a woeful performance.. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Poor communication. Took too long to find my father's will. Took too long to pay registered post , so the will could be sent from other solicitors. After the will was executed they just sent the will by regular mail, even tho we said we could pick it up. When you are dealing with grieving people efficacy and good communication is imperative.
