Small business owner in east Texas Moe has been our CPA since we started our first business. Our opinion is that he has repeatedly filed our returns (with very little help from me) in a most timely and professional fashion. I really don't care if he uses taxslayer or magic as long as he keeps representing my business and my family regarding our IRS obligations as well as he has in the past. Anyone who doubts if Moe is a "real" CPA must be taking about another Moe Clark.

business owner This is Maurice "Moe" Clark responding to the review from Tammy H. I don't know this person. Her facts are incorrect. I did not pay a refund to any of my customers this year. I will do about 800 returns in 2010, almost all of them are repeat customers. I think they are very happy with my service because they keep coming back. I am a "real" CPA, Texas CPA # 18380.
CPA I don't think this man practices as a real CPA, but more as a tax preparer. He typed all of our information into a program called Taxslayer which you can access on the internet for 9.95. He didn't even enter the information correctly although I already had everything neatly typed. He charged us $140. When I got home, I found his errors that he entered incorrectly, then I got on Taxlayer.com and corrected it and paid 9.95. My husband demanded a refund which was no problem considering he is 6'4" and 300 lbs.
