Terrible email communication skills after advising during consultations email response was critical. Would not respond for days to email subject lines begging for a response, I had to find open internet to call and badger them. Made basic errors on 90-day termination letter, like leaving (Xx) for room location in house. Offered $1k off $2.5k retainer or $500 to just send a termination letter, but interpreted me saying "I'll pay the full retainer" as reason to charge the full $2.5k.
