Damaged couch and damaged our door and banister during delivery. Roughed the door up, put deep gouges in the metal banister and the couch had a torn piece of leather.and over a two inch gap between the seat back on one side. He said our floor was off level. Which we used a level after he left and it's perfectly level. . My husband asked Mr Clark to come out. He was very rude , his answer to our damage was "they did good". We love the furniture we bought. Great selection and delivery was seamless.
Very helpful, friendly and informative. Doug spend a good amount of time with us and allowed my wife and I time to decide what pieces we wanted to buy. Their delivery men were courteous and professional upon the delivery of the furniture.
