Cheryl is an excellent massage therapist of 30 years. I'm used to the brute force method of having therapists break down your muscles into submission. Her technique was very much NOT that yet was super effective. After one session my muscles were happier. Although they were so tight that I think I'll need another session... I feel that the massage technique is indeed unique and effective. Although there is some soreness during the massage, the technician said that it is a normal reaction to stretching stiff muscles. After the massage, I feel relaxed and refreshed all over.
Very comfortable and Cheryl was super sweet and respectful. The room was clean and I felt that she listened to my needs and wants and used several techniques to help figure out what I needed. She also followed up with me to see how I was doing. I would 100% recommend booking a massage with her.
Cheryl gave me a most relaxing massage.
