If the Mandatory Meals aren't up to USDA standards, as determined annually by a registered dietician's certification, and if a medical doctor requests of management in writing a medical exemption because a resident's condition or disability requires a special diet (with diet attached), the resident has a right to the exemption. I'm in my fourth year here and I feel incredibly lucky to be here. My roomy one-bedroom apartment with a deck overlooks the Clark Fork River.
