2 minutes before 6 pm they locked the door. Probably they don't get paid overtime and they just leave early
I find the staff pleasant and very helpful.
Having now been to 5 different utility payment locations on the north side, I can confidently say that this one is the best. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful and didn’t treat me like I was an idiot for even being there, as was the case everywhere else I’d been. And I can confirm that they process ID verification for starting utility accounts
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Worst employees and horrible attitudes all across the board. Worst experiences ever.
