Came here for a city sticker just before the holiday. The woman behind the counter completely messed up our address on the sticker, didn’t get our right zone bc of it and then told us they couldn’t fix it and because of the holiday we are out of luck. Now we have to wait 4 days and go to city hall to get it fixed and have to keep paying for parking in the meantime. We will never come back here even though they have had our business in the past.
Their money orders are $7.00.
Slow and inefficient Went to get my car registered and in addition to their $100 fee, they charged me $24 to use my debit card! ( they don’t accept credit cards) Go to the DMV - it’s free and faster
