The lawyers are very rude when speaking to them. (Well, the 2 I've spoken with) The secretaries & assistants are kind and helpful. Can't say I wouldn't recommend as a plaintiff, but if you are a defendant watch out.

Customer service is rude every time I call they have attitude and put me on hold forever. They moved their office address since January of this year never bother to update me with the new one for me to send my payments there.
