My experience with this company has been disappointing. I was away on vacation for a month, and when I came back, I found they wouldn’t take a single trash bag placed beside the trash can. On another pickup day, they also refused to take a small box. Instead, I was told I’d have to pay a “bulk pickup” fee, even though these weren’t bulk items.
