Very very non helpful branch. I am a credit union member and was simply looking for 2 $2 bills for which I obviously wanted to trade cash for…. Simply would not help me. Wow! Was at other credit unions and they were willing to help no problem they just did not have the $2 bills. Just plain not wanting to be helpful …. Jeeze.
It's always a good stop. Friendly staff and easy to find a place to park. I've been a member since 1990.
The staff at this location is beyond friendly. I had hoped to become a regular to the point that I was known by name like most of the individuals walking in. Alas, that was not the case. Opening my business account was impersonal, done entirely online and through emails, despite walking into the branch. It was a long convoluted process, where misunderstandings were addressed by the representative, not with a phone call, but another email with the exact same words.
