No help with identity theft I am a victim of identity theft and I can't get them to return my calls even though I've sent them all the info they need to verify that I am not responsible for the debt and to clear my credit report.
Great people I found that working with the people at Clark County Collection Service were very understandable. They worked a payment arrangement out with me. They went above and beyond to make sure that as long as I kept my payments up-to-date, I was treated with respect and dignity.
Overly aggressive and threatening! These people are the most obnoxious, threatening people imaginable! THey have no problem calling you at work and threatening your job. God forbid you don't have the money!! I'm surprised they don't send large men named Guido out to break people's legs for non payment. They don't care about extenuating circumstances like supporting your family. I understand they have jobs to do, but their methods are offensive and ridiculous!
