I purchased an Avantco model #178SS2RHC on 5/11/2018 from the Restaurant Store . On 8/8/2019 the unit failed and spoiled appx $300 in food. On 8/13/2019 a service tech from Clark Services serviced the unit and found a tiny leak in the evaporator coil and stated it needed to be replaced. It obviously had been leaking for quite a while. They refuse to help me in any way and charged me another $322 for the "service call" This is an unacceptable situation for what is supposed to be a quality product only 2 months out of warranty... read more
