He is a total A+ TAX MASTER! Fine, honest, caring gentleman as well.
It took over 2.5 months for him to prepare our 2019 taxes. I continously followed up with him, indicating we needed our tax return for business purposes. Specifically, we needed them to apply for covid19 funding. He told me on numerous occasions he would have them to me the next week. I understand given the current situation with the virus if he needed additional time, but 2.5 months is unacceptable and he never communicated with me that he would need additional time, just assumed it was okay to keep putting us off.
