Just awesome
The most wonderful yoga classes, ELDOA (if you have back pain, this is your cure!) and massage therapy. Claire has created a beautiful space for healing and growth. She is truly gifted at what she does.
Claire's attention to details, knowledge and kindness shines through in her professional therapeutic massage sessions as well as the ELDOA classes she offers. She is a very knowledgeable professional.
Claire is patient and soft spoken. She helped us slowly and methodically perform each move in Eldoa. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed during during each session. I would highly recommend her teachings. And looking forward to learning more
