Michelle was a delight to work with. This will be my first hearing aid and Michelle walked me through the process and helped me pick out the best solution (I hope!) She was understanding and easy to talk to. Now that I've had my hearing aid for 5 months I can say I'm quite happy and satisfied with the product and the care that went into getting me comfortable with my new hearing aid.
