Michelle was a delight to work with. This will be my first hearing aid and Michelle walked me through the process and helped me pick out the best solution (I hope!) She was understanding and easy to talk to.

What a wonderful experience! I went to have my hearing tested - been some time and Michelle explained everything patiently and thoroughly and conducted the test. After she sat and explained the results (don’t currently need a hearing aid). I was surprised that there was not charge for the test - how refreshing and surprising! I will go back in a few years and when I do need to be fitted with a device will for certain be purchasing here!
An amazingly easy hearing test and then training of my first hearing aids at 86 yrs old. Such a pleasant, well- educated professional audiologist whose easy, caring manner won me over as tops in her field for sure.
