I work in the senior industry and spend time with the residents and staff at Concord Memory engaging in activities and providing snacks from time to time. Every time I walk through the front door I am greeted by friendly staff and it always smells clean and fresh. The residents are like family to the staff and very well taken care of. We LOVE Concord Memory Care! They have been absolutely wonderful to my dad. Our family only gets to visit on the weekends and Caitlin is always welcoming and asks how dad is doing. She always has a smile on her face and makes our visits easier. Updated review: When our dad passed, Kadaye and Teresa grieved with us like we were their family. They treated dad with dignity and respect and we will be forever grateful for their love and care.
My sweet mama had been here since Feb 2025. I moved her from another local memory care because of unacceptable conditions. My mom is so well-cared for. The staff have been amazing—truly from first touch with Lisa Markin to ED Laurah Shreve and nursing director, Keionna Jackson to the amazing Activities Director, Lorie Wilson. My aunt has been a resident in the "B" community for about 15 months. Although she can be very stubborn at times, there are a few "angels" there who are looking out for her. Nurse Sara has called me with concerns and asked for my input to help my aunt; caregivers Yvonne and Nicole always go the extra mile, and housekeeper Lily works around our schedule to keep her room tidy.
