My aunt has been a resident in the "B" community for about 15 months. Although she can be very stubborn at times, there are a few "angels" there who are looking out for her. Nurse Sara has called me with concerns and asked for my input to help my aunt; caregivers Yvonne and Nicole always go the extra mile, and housekeeper Lily works around our schedule to keep her room tidy. I have visited Concord Place multiple times to visit a Resident there, I have to say from the moment you enter the door it is very inviting, warm, cozy and quiet. The Residents are always smiling and gathering for Activities. The employees, especially CAMETRA and ALTOMESE are the first to approach with the biggest "hello" and "how are you". It makes exiting, so much easier knowing Grampa is in the best of care.

I always feel better when I walk in and see Quail, Nay and Keelin on shift. They are always attentive, adjusting blankets, positioning my father. They are kind and compassionate.
I recently visited my father in your care and was impressed with quite a few of your employees, especially Casey. She was positive and smiling every time I saw her, she seemed to know where and when she was needed and always ready to help. I could see that I was not the only one who noticed her many capabilities, the residents love her and she always treats them with respect
