My parents have been at Concord Place since April 2025. This is the third memory care facility they have lived at in Knoxville and Concord Place is by far the best. The caregivers and nursing staff are excellent. We came to Concord Place because of Patience, one of the nurses on staff. She cared for my mom until she passed and did an excellent job at it as well as taking care of my dad now. Kadaya does an incredible job with my father-in-law each and every day! She treats him so well and does little extra things for him. I am so appreciative of her and the great staff and team members at Concord Place. I feel good about my father-in-law being there and being taken care of.
I work in the senior industry and spend time with the residents and staff at Concord Memory engaging in activities and providing snacks from time to time. Every time I walk through the front door I am greeted by friendly staff and it always smells clean and fresh. The residents are like family to the staff and very well taken care of. We LOVE Concord Memory Care! They have been absolutely wonderful to my dad. Our family only gets to visit on the weekends and Caitlin is always welcoming and asks how dad is doing. She always has a smile on her face and makes our visits easier. Updated review: When our dad passed, Kadaye and Teresa grieved with us like we were their family. They treated dad with dignity and respect and we will be forever grateful for their love and care.
