Sometimes great sometimes bad
My parents have been at Concord Place since April 2025. This is the third memory care facility they have lived at in Knoxville and Concord Place is by far the best. The caregivers and nursing staff are excellent. We came to Concord Place because of Patience, one of the nurses on staff. She cared for my mom until she passed and did an excellent job at it as well as taking care of my dad now.
