From childhood I had a fear of swimming/water, the thought of lifting my feet off the bottom of the pool filled me with fear. As an adult I tried swimming lessons but the fear was still there. I tried hypnosis and it was the best thing I did, after a few sessions with Jennifer I felt more confident in the water and was able to lift my feet from the floor. I can go to swimming lessons now without the dreaded fear. Would highly recommended Jennifer.
