Wow! Jennifer is truly a miracle worker! I was so skeptical when I decided to try hypnosis to conquer my fear of flying as nothing else had ever worked. Im now currently on holiday and can hands down say the flight was the calmest and most enjoyable ive ever been on! Wish id done this years ago! From childhood I had a fear of swimming/water, the thought of lifting my feet off the bottom of the pool filled me with fear. As an adult I tried swimming lessons but the fear was still there. I tried hypnosis and it was the best thing I did, after a few sessions with Jennifer I felt more confident in the water and was able to lift my feet from the floor. I can go to swimming lessons now without the dreaded fear. Would highly recommended Jennifer.
