Horrible person to deal with. Very pushy and only cares about making a sale first even before performing the hearing test. Openly talked about and criticized her other patients and staff for her lateness. Attempted to sell me a random pair of hearing aids, that she had stashed away in a drawer, that she no longer actively sold or offered a warranty on, contrary to her contract with United Healthcare.
