Booked online for a facial special. Accidentally selected the wrong time and no answer when called immediately to adjust. This morning texted and tried to adjust, and told I could not. Which is fine, I understand tight schedules and I said I would attempt to rearrange and make the appointment. Then provider came back that I had booked a special and she would not honor that price and I had to pay full price.
