The team was very friendly when we came in & directed us to the member service specialist Miss Debbie who was great! She was able to do a consolidated loan for us at a lower rate that no one was able to do before saving us almost $600.00 a month.
I appreciate the friendly faces, quick replies and the ability to fix issues in a timely matter.
Great experience as usual! Debbie was extremely helpful and patient with us. Will bank here always! Highly recommend!
