I have been doing business with Clarity Credit Union for many years with all of our personal and business accounts and have never had an issue operating. We have recently had to speak with Alex the regional manager and haven't been impressed, he goes out of his way to make it near impossible to operate a small business through Clarity. I have been a member of Clairty in Emmett for 9 years. I have 3 different accounts. Two personal accounts and one business account. I have never one time had a negative experience, not once. Last year my husband passed away. The Manager at this branch, Rachel. Went above and beyond helping me with everything. There were lots of things l was not sure about or what to do. She made sure all of it was all taken care of. I would give them stars if l could!
Love my Financial institute. Been a much better for banking than all the banks ive had accounts with.
