I cannot say enough good things about Clarity but also Misty! She has been extremely helpful any time I’ve needed anything!
This is the worst so called credit union in Emmett. They were rude. They lie to you. Tell you one thing. Then do another. I WOULDN'T GO HERE.
I had an issue with a non authorized withdrawal from Clarity CU to my Chime account. Misty Crawshaw at Emmett branch was very professional and helped us to resolve the issue.
I've had the pleasure of being helped by Chelsea at Clarity Credit Union, and every experience has been excellent. They are always so welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. Whether its a quick transaction or a question abut my account, Chelsea takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel taken care of. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Clarity Credit Union is lucky to have such a dedicated team member!
I have banked with Clarity Credit Union for about 5 years now and have always found them to be helpful and friendly. Vicky Mathews has always been especially helpful and informative. When I have financial questions, issues or goals she has always been there to help. While the branch as a whole is wonderful, she is the reason I have never considered alternate financial institutions for my needs. Thank you for making going to the bank a pleasant and wonderful experience instead of a dreaded and despised journey.
