Had this company conduct my tax returns for 2024 and 2025 , the ATO contacted this company about my 2024 tax return advising that i was subject to a Div293 in 2024. I recently conducted my 2025 tax return and was due to receive a nice little return but as the tax advisor did not pick up that i had a bill for the Div 293 from 2024 the outstanding money was taking from the 2025 tax return.
