If you are looking for top quality care for your family member, Clarendale is the place for you. After removing our mother from a horrible care facility we were fortunate enough to be able to move her into Clarendale. From the moment she/we walked in the door they were no less than amazing. The care they offered her was above and beyond. She was always busy with various activities, they danced with her, sang songs, had dogs visit (which she loved), did arts and crafts and had church service. The staff are excellent. Impressed with the entire operation, including the young waiters in the dining areas — polite, friendly, attentive. We’ve dined there with my Mom several times, and they have been great.
I was so impressed! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, it was a wonderful experience. The person at the front desk was amazing! She explained the sign in process, gave us directions to the room and seemed to know the person we were there to see. The nursing staff was so friendly and helpful. The residents were playing games, watching TV, eating a meal together. It was super clean, no bad smells.
