My mom developed a uti in the memory care unit do to neglect. We spent 11 days in the hospital. She has now become immobile do to this incedent. Their staff is on a revolving door and the leadership is not good at communications. I have personally witnessed a care giver Deliberately push a resident who was in a wheelchair into the wall because she was upset with her. If you’re considering putting your loved one in here, I highly recommend you look somewhere else.
