Fantastic and helpful staff!
I requested a payoff of my Home Equity Line of Credit. I was given a payoff statement that included $1,600 in closing costs because it was 7 days before the 3 year waiting period to avoid paying the closing costs. I would expect to pay them if I was paying it off 2-3 months before the repayment period but 7 days! When I brought this to the managements attention, I was told they have to charge the fees because of the refinance boom.
