Claremont Savings Bank and especially Brianna and Jade were wonderful to work with for opening up our HELOC. The process was smooth, easy and both were always communicating promptly. Thank you to both!
customer service is next to NONE and i am speaking as a small business owner. my favorite service is being able to drop off sack cash with a list of deposit amounts and notes and they add a description to every deposit! no other bank in the area has this feature at the teller desk!

So I wrote a review and come to find out I'm in a different category now because I have 2 accounts. So that is my fault and I make out better anyway. Everyone is very nice at the bank except for one of the females. I have had them for years. And plan on keeping them for many more.
