I wonder if she is even a certified nurses aide. But some how she makes nursing decisions even calling her a Rn on documents hummm. Who's really running this facility? First of all I want to thank Jesus Christ my savior for allowing my family to remove outlets family member that was in this facility. They say they have 24/7 but it ook 4 days to speak with someone. When I did speak with someone I spoke with a SHERRY who isn't a nurse. I don't have a problem with Sherry but if I'm asking for a nurse and she isn't one then that would only mean you're letting aides make nursing decisions. Wow. Peoples lives are in danger. My mom has been at Claremont almost a year. At 96, Claremont with all that it has to offer has allowed her to live independently. The staff is friendly and efficient. She is able to recieve communion from visitors from a nearby church. Her AC broke two days ago and the next day it was fully repaired and new vents were installed. She has had a wonderful year.
I would really like to know why no one can be reached at this place?? My grandfather is there and we just want someone to check on him?
