RecommendedStaff are always friendly......got to meet, Kathy who does the grooming, today. She did an amazing ‘cleanup’ of our little furball.......we loved the fact that she doesn’t keep the dogs there all day, like many groomers do. This is a great place great people as well and josh was vary knowledgeable and showed me so much about fish i almsot feel like a professional now thanks to josh. Seth has also helped me many times with good information and matching the right fish. Carful with the ferrets tho .. i did not realize that if you buy one you will be buying 4 more because they are so much fun and you love them to bits. . But as a ferret owner. I just got a fish tank and had no clue on what fish to get or how many or what ones can live together but the man in the fish department was beyond helpful..he explained everything and more ..very resourceful

I absolutely loved my visit to the Claremont pet and aquarium center. Josh was an amazing person to be around and I very much enjoyed meeting and sharing my love for this wonderful hobby with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, it’s awesome to find an aquarium store that has a person that both knows and loves the hobby. When I am back in town again I will absolutely be stopping here again. Josh was amazing! Truly knowledgeable and willing to help a lay person like me understand what the ecosystem will tolerate and require.
Bought 5 fish for new aquarium on Sat. 8/15. Tank had been set up and running 24 hrs prior to buying fish and all test level from water were fine. Within a couple of hrs of placing fish in tank all 5 were dead. This company refused to do anything about it after we spent over $50 on fish. Will not be replacing or buying here again.
