My mother lives here and Dawn the housekeeping REFUSED to help my mother up after she fell over because my mother complained about her character 2 weeks prior. Her attitude is nasty. dawns words”you expect me to help you after what you said about me” not only, dawn decided to throw tenants belongings in the garbage. She has told these innocent people that they are pathetic. This is not the only compliant about her, but this will be the last. If I need to take this forward I will.

This place is pathetic and disgusting. Everything is in disrepair. The main door doesn't work, so handicapped individuals are having to use a fire escape door to get outside with they walkers and wheelchairs. The floors are filthy, the hallways reek, and nothing works for these poor people. Management should be ashamed of themselves. Take care of these people, it's quite literally what you get paid to do.

Bad management. Can't get maintainence items done. It's been over a year and still havnt fixed them. Like being back at high school. Clicks and gossip groups. Who you know!
