No words will be enough to show how grateful we are for the care provided to our Grandmother. All staff show compassion and love, I genuinely believe it’s more than a job to them. The home went above and beyond to try and meet my Grandmothers needs in every aspect. Thank you to all staff who equally deserve the recognition. Mother-in-law & father in law both new home at Clanfields straight away felt like home, staff so welcoming and devoted care,support. 3/4yrs on my mum needed 24hr care. Approached Clanfields most of the staff still work there which says a lot. Manager Karen /Sally travelled to Coventry hospital and assessed mum. Mum arrived, I can not express how much they have done and being a regular visitor most days they make me part of the home I just slot in which for me adjusting not caring for mum full time anymore means so much to me... read more
Our 97 year old mum spent the last few months of her life in the care of the remarkable staff at Clanfield Care Home. Understandably, Mum wanted to be at home but the staff there made her time the best it could be. They treated her with great kindness and as a family we felt communication with us was excellent and the family felt supported by the staff too. Thanks to all of you, from the family of Mary Macaulay.
