I give this a 0 rating!!! After specific communications with them regarding renting a piece of equipment, they completely dropped the ball and did not have it ready for me to pick up. They suggested at the last moment for ME to drive 35 miles to pick it up when they specifically said they'd have it in their current location. They did not even bother to call me when again, I specifically said to call me if there was a problem. Major inconvenience at the worst possible time! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT rely on this company
