Nikki was a great worker and she helped me around and pick out cute things for going out!!! Very clean store!
This place and all of Claire's should get zero stars. I pierced my ears her in November. 4 total 2 on each ear. The piercings were so close to each other that I couldn't even change the earring out to new ones because no other earrings would fit. The holes are so close together that I can only utilize one pierced hole. I have learned that Claire's does not do the proper training and certification they claim they do. My experience at clairs was absolutely amazing. The staff was super sweet, knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Got my 8 month old’s ears pierced and it went on smoothly. The place was well kept and clean
