horrible customer service. it says they are open until 9 on saturdays but when i got there with my daughter at 8:15 the worker already had the store closed (while there were still costumers inside) i asked if we can come inside and she said no. this is a mall where all the stores closed at the same time and this was the only store closed at this point considering it was 8:15 and not 9

My 6-year-old child recently had their ear pierced, and I must say, the service provided was exceptional. The manager, Christina, did an outstanding job in comforting my child throughout the process. Additionally, we were able to purchase a few items along with the piercing. Overall, it was a truly remarkable experience. The manager was very professional and knowledgeable; her customer service skills were amazing.
