i watched the employee with glasses reject a piercing family simply bc “she did not want to do” since i planned on getting my piercing after the family and saw the interaction not to called any names but the family had an accent and clearly was not from america. so it was weird that she was ok with piercing everyone else waiting but did not want to pierce the family ahead of me for simply“no reason” and it was no prior interaction as i was behind the family since they entered the store and we talked afterwards. i found this ... read more
They don't allow you to try hats, etc. Who would buy those things without checking the fit? Overpriced too.
horrible customer service. it says they are open until 9 on saturdays but when i got there with my daughter at 8:15 the worker already had the store closed (while there were still costumers inside) i asked if we can come inside and she said no. this is a mall where all the stores closed at the same time and this was the only store closed at this point considering it was 8:15 and not 9
