Walked in to a store and a woman named “Kara” disrespecting me. my mother and I walked in looking for piercing and she was questioning my mothers authority and age even when ID was shown, we felt it was better to leave incase she had her own little attitude and mess up my ear piercings, very disappointing. Our four-year-old daughter (almost five) was ready to get her ears pierced. I called ahead and understood there were not two people available but she was ready to brave one at a time. Kara was energetic, honest and connected with my daughter to help her feel comfortable. It was a fantastic experience and we are so grateful to Kara for her kindness and caring approach!
Daisy is a very friendly, energetic, but patient, expert technician. Clean and neat.
We took our daughter in for her first piercing and Kara was absolutely incredible! She took her time to carefully explain everything. Marked multiple spots for me as I was being particular, even though we basically ended up where she marked it in the first place. So patient and very knowledgeable! The store felt clean and welcoming. I would for sure come back to see Kara!
