The website says you can get your ears pierced for the price of the cleaning kit. Cost just under $100 and they fell out after two weeks. The lady told me the backs locked in place and not to tighten or move them. When I reached out to customer service they asked for my receipt.. my sister said she had a similar experience when she pierced my nieces ears a month before.
