Service was great and the sale was awesome
The customer service here was so poor. We walked and were completely ignored as the people working there played with their finger nails! It is also super small in there. Better off going to the one at Buckland Hills Mall or West Farms Mall!!!
I had the best experience with Abby, she was so patient with me, she made sure they were even and make me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend getting your ears pierced with her.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Paula. I was feeling hot and flushed and sat down to try and cool down. She came over and got me a water and a fan. Between the mount of people and feeling hot in there, she took time out to help me and I greatly appreciated her for that. Give this girl a raise!
My husband and I both had ear piercings done today. Rachel was the one who helped us and she was fantastic! She was so good at explaining everything, she was extra careful about sanitizing, and very friendly. I was also impressed because helping us took a while there were more customers in the store and she was the only one working; she managed to help the other customers while not making us feel pushed aside.
