Lazy staff and poor quality went up there Wednesday and my wife got a nose piercing cost 70$ and by Saturday night the piercing had already fell out tried calling the next day and nobody would answer the phone they are open until 6 but yet nobody would answer if you go to a Clair's great but don't go to this one .
They are very rude and unprofessional
Don’t bother getting to the store when it first opens, they open the store late and customer have to wait outside
