Got my daughter's ears pierced for the first time. The manage was not nice. Tried placing her earnings way to high for a 10yr old. I asked for her to put them lower on my daughter's ear lobe.The manager proceeded to tell me she has been doing her job for 20 yrs. She eventually did as I asked. She also did not pierce my daughter's ears with the ratings she selected. Put in a larger one. And the price was way more expensive also. The manager did not say anything to us prior.
