The staff was very kind and helpful when we came to get my daughter’s ears pierced. I was nervous but they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even had two lady’s do it at the same time so she didn’t have to do one and then the other. It was a great experience and my daughter loves her earrings!
I just wanted to take a moment to commend this location. We went to this location for a 12-year-old‘s birthday party as we were celebrating getting her ears pierced. It was a little impromptu, but they were so accommodating and four little girls ended up getting their ears pierced, and we had the best time! Today, June 1, 2025 at approximately 1:50 my daughter, my granddaughter & myself visited the Destin Commons Claire’s. Upon entering we were never acknowledged or spoken. However, as soon as a group of other people came that were not of the same ethnic group as we were, they were spoken to acknowledged and asked if they needed help. We booked an appointment for my 8 year old to get her ears peirced! I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she did an outstanding job. My daughter was very nervous and this young lady talked her through every step of the way! She was very reassuring and very professional! I believe this lady deserves to be recognized for her professionalism, her caring nature with children, and her personality! My daughter loves her new earrings, we will be back!
