Would not recommend this Claires location. 5:15 p.m. The associate was hostile with each word that she could offer, like she was dying to express her annoyance to us. I called ahead to ask if it was a good time to get my three year old daughter’s ears pierced. I made it clear that we were flexible and could come at a different time, but the employee on the phone assured us it was a perfect time and seemed completely fine with it. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous you have to make an appt to get your ears pierced. I came in the store at 1:30 and nobody was there getting their ears done. They told me they were booked up until 4:00pm I walked around the store for damn near a half hour with my daughter and nobody showed up to get their ears done. Meanwhile the 3 workers for the store just stood around and watched us. You’re willing to lose customers/money for an appointment that may or may not show up?

I have been looking for a Claire’s since we made it to Florida last week. I walked in the store saw what I was looking for and was immediately met with a worker that had a piece of paper in her hand telling me she was putting a sign on the door to take a 30 minute break! It was my last stop for the day! I was extremely disappointing!

The staff was very kind and helpful when we came to get my daughter’s ears pierced. I was nervous but they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even had two lady’s do it at the same time so she didn’t have to do one and then the other. It was a great experience and my daughter loves her earrings!
