The store was so clean. We got ears pierced today. The girl did a great job.
Went on the website today after work to get their hours of operation, website stated the store closed at 6. I rushed home from work as I promised my daughter I would get her ears pierced. As my daughter and I walked into the store at 5:15, The cashier rudely told me that she does not do ear piercings after 5. (As she was currently doing an ear piercing at 5:15 that took all of 3 min total) I waited for her to collect money from the previous customer after she just pierced after 5 I might add I wanted to make an appointment f... read more
I don’t know who was working today, but she was absolutely disrespectful and rude to us. Maybe she was having a bad day but with that being our first time in, we most definitely won’t be back.
