Our experience here was really great! They didn't just explain to me what they were doing, they explained it to my preschooler as well in language that she could understand. The particular employee we had also asked my preschooler for consent at every step- the ear cleaning, the dot placement, and then the actual piercing. Overall just a really positive experience!
