Have been attending Claire’s Pilates classes for many months now and my husband and I love it. Claire is always well prepared, doesn’t need to refer to any notes and varies our exercises from week to week. Claire is conscious of anyone who may be struggling, gives personal advice before, during and after the class, and monitors all our difficulties, she is aware of the individuals and our varied problems. I have been attending Pilates classes with Claire for over 5 years now and find the classes invaluable. Claire teaches a good range of exercises with easy, intermediate and harder versions of every exercise. The class is always friendly and instruction is clear. There is no way I will miss the class unless I am ill or on holiday.

Claire has helped me significantly as a Physiotherapist. I have had Physiotherapy, Myofascial relief treatments and Pilates with her. She is kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional.
