I had the pleasure of attending Claire’s bone broth workshop last Sunday afternoon at her home. Claire really knows her stuff and is excellent at sharing her knowledge about the benefits of bone broth for just about everyone. We were given information, both verbal and written about how to make the broth, which bones and water to use, where to source the bones and some healthy recipes incorporating the broth. It was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.

I attended one of Claire’s Bone Broth Workshops and it was excellent. Super informative; Claire is both incredibly knowledgeable and very engaging. She was great at explaining everything with easy-to-understand descriptions and stories. We sampled some broths that Claire had prepared earlier / cooked during the class, and also got a take home jar of fresh broth. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We got a booklet with broth recipes and tips/recommendations, which will be really helpful!

I attended the bone broth workshop and learnt bucket loads. Anyone thinking to incorporate this into their life should start here. Cosy intimate and comfortable setting. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I went to Claire's Bone Broth workshop. learned so much, how to make broth, their properties, their health venefits, where to buy the raw ingredients, how to incorportate them into your cooking and we also got to taste two different types of broth. Recommend!
