Sold me contacts that ended up being an incorrect rx and wouldn’t exchange for the correct rx, so I have $650 contacts that don’t work.
Excellent experience in every way. Haven't been able to get any glasses that worked very well for several years, despite trying optical section at doc's office, large and small chains, and the big box. Owner Dr. Alan Seyboldt understood my specific eye situation humbly assured me he could make glasses that would actually do what I need. I couldn't go to his shop for medical reasons, so he came to my house, no extra charge!
