In the three years I worked with Mary Aufrecht to settle my father's estate, progress was painfully slow and communication was consistently poor. Basic paperwork, like the Letters of Administration, had to be refiled due to misspelled names, and I was repeatedly asked for the same information I'd already provided. She spent over a year "attempting" to secure an estate accountant, with long silences despite multiple follow up emails.
