I had roof damage due to a hail storm in March of 2025. We had Claim Star come out to assess the damage and then filed a claim with USAA. USAA sent an adjuster from Al -Cat a third party that they use. The rep was unprofessional, spent little time with the Claim Star rep who pointed out the damage to the roof. After the deductible USAA was only going to give us 100 dollars and some change. This started a 6 month tug of war between Us and USAA about covering the damaged roof. Very happy with how Claimstar stayed on task with our claim. They were very thorough with everything they did. Answered questions very quickly and promptly. Would definitely recommend anyone who has a claim on their house to use them to help them get it through.
