Richard Garron with Claim Guard Consulting, LLC was amazing to work with. After trying to deal with our insurance company and getting no where, Richard stepped in and was extremely thorough in dealing with our claim. He took photos relating to our damage and dealt with the insurance company directly on our behalf. He always kept us up to date on what was happening. We are very thankful for Richard in getting us the money to cover the damage that was incurred.

We had an unexpected leak in our master bath and was not sure how to file a claim. On the advice, of the leak detection company that located the leak. He recommended for us to give Claim Guard Consulting a call to evaluate the loss. We are so happy we hired Claim Guard Consulting! We used Claim Guard Consulting for our insurance claim which was initially denied. It was our first experience with claims so we were worried, confused and overwhelmed with the entire process. Richard explained the whole process to us, guided us in every step and was very patient answering all our questions.
