Horrible communication. Closed out my roof claim 9 months ago and didn't tell me. All the while sat on my partial claim money without reimbursement untill I recently called asking for an update. I thought they were in negotiations with my insurance company as they stated it would take several months. I asked for a refund and instead of giving me what my insurance awarded me, they decided to keep roughly 20 percent for their "services". Ronald hill recommended claim cops and Christine to assist with the insurance process and this company was very helpful during the claim and getting me a new roof I'm very grateful for Chattanooga roofing and claim cops. they handled the entire process and i cant be more impressed with Christine with claim cops and Ronald with Chattanooga roofing co. we have had nothing but a positive experience with them and highly recommend you give them a call these are companies you can trust to get the job done! I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH
Hired this company in October due to a house fire next door. They absolutely did not do one thing to help me except delay my house getting repaired. Every time I called them, they said that their adjusters were very busy and would get on it. Well, I'm here to testify, NOTHING was ever done for me. Finally in April I had them release me from the contract due to no progress. I would give them a -5 stars if I could.
Worst experience ever!!! Wish I had never of used this company. They filed 3 claims on our behalf and us not knowing. We got a quote and it over doubled by the time they finished. Said supplies went up! Yeah, right! Started March 20th, was on a month later and still dealing with more claims Sept. 24th. Apparently no one is paid but them.
