Do Not Recommend — Stole Money! I booked a white horse for my wedding on September 5th, 2026. I submitted a $100 deposit via venmo to confirm the booking. Shannon stopped responding completely 2 to 3 weeks prior to the wedding and did not respond to any of my messages, or my event coordinators messages. The owner Shannon is AMAZING and his horses are PHENOMENAL! And Don't even get me started on the Cinderella carriage it is the most gorgeous thing I have ever seen in my life no cap!!!

Do Not Recommend – Extremely Unprofessional Experience I reserved Claddagh Carriage Company for my daughter’s senior prom. On April 9, 2025, Shannon Nickless requested a $100 deposit, which I promptly paid. On May 7, I sent a reminder text to confirm the booking, as prom was just three days away.
